nitially, she worked as a recruitment consultant and later as an Office Director at Manpower, where she specialised in the recruitment of personnel for the service, banking and new technologies sectors. In 2000 she joined Tradia, an operator of telecommunication infrastructures from the Acesa group (the former Centre for Telecommunications of the Catalan Government) where she was the manager of the internal recruitment team for the company’s national expansion project and for the implementation of several human resources development projects. In 2004, the group Abertis, after purchasing Retevisión, decided to concentrate all their shares in the telecommunications sector under the brand Abertis Telecom, she was appointed as the company’s Manager of Human Resources Development.

In 2007, after a year of devoting herself to family projects, she resumes her professional activity as the Director of Search and Human Resources Recruitment at Pla&Associats, where she leads the Search and Human Resources Recruitment, and Training and Talent Development divisions.

She graduated in Psychology from the University of Barcelona, has a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from ESADE and a Postgraduate course in Management by Competences from IDEC-Pompeu Fabra University. Furthermore, she has received extensive training in internal communication, internal-external consulting, compensation plans for executives, training plans, professional career development plans and systems of management by competences.
